PUBLIC-PAGE WEBSITE QA
For small agencies preparing a launch or content update. We review agreed public pages and document issues your team can reproduce.
Ask about a reviewScope and delivery date agreed before payment.
WHAT WE CHECK
Agreed menus, public links and page destinations, with failures reproduced before they become findings.
Where public buttons and links lead. Form submission, checkout and private account flows stay outside the review.
Observable issues in the browser and viewport sizes agreed for the pilot. The report states what was checked.
We do not provide code fixes, login-based checks, form submissions, purchases, security testing or accessibility certification. We do not promise to find every defect or improve conversion. Coverage reflects the pages and conditions observed at review time.
YOUR HANDOFF
The written report includes reviewed URLs, coverage notes, timestamps, reproduction steps, supporting evidence and suggested next actions. Confirmed issues are separated from questions that need your business knowledge.
A clean result is a valid result. We will report that no confirmed issue was found in the checked areas when that is what the evidence shows.
HOW IT WORKS
Email your public site URL, the change you want checked and your target date. Send only URLs you are authorized to have reviewed.
We agree the exact URL list, checks, browser coverage, price and delivery date in writing before accepting payment. If the scope will not fit, we say so.
We deliver the report by email on the agreed date. One clarification round covers the agreed findings; fixes and additional pages are separate work.
CONTACT & SUPPORT
Tell us what changed and when you need the review.
Plain Signal Ops handles review inquiries and support. Accountable owner and engagement details are confirmed before an order is accepted. Please do not email passwords, payment-card details or customer records.
SERVICE POLICIES
The $125 USD pilot covers one website, up to 20 agreed public URLs and up to two hours of total fulfillment, including one clarification round. The exact checks and delivery date are confirmed in writing before payment. We will not add charges or expand the scope without your agreement. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
You may cancel by emailing plainsignalops@gmail.com. If you cancel before review work begins, we will issue a full refund. If you cancel after work starts but before report delivery, we stop the remaining work and refund $125 multiplied by the number of unreviewed URLs, divided by the total number of agreed URLs. We provide the completed coverage notes and explain the calculation. This cancellation rule does not reduce your rights if the service is defective or not delivered as agreed.
If we cannot deliver the agreed report by the agreed date, you may choose a full refund instead of accepting a revised scope or date. If the report contains an error or materially misses agreed coverage, contact us for a correction at no extra charge. If we cannot provide the agreed service, we will offer an appropriate refund for the undelivered service, including a full refund for non-delivery. Refunds go through the original payment method; the provider controls when they arrive. A report with no confirmed defects is not by itself a failure to deliver. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
We use inquiry emails, agreed URLs, review instructions and evidence to assess the request, deliver the service and provide support. Our workflow uses Gmail for correspondence, OpenAI tools for AI-assisted review and reporting, and Cloudflare Pages as the intended hosting provider for this website. Stripe will process payment information if checkout is enabled. These providers may process the information needed to deliver their services, including connection or message data. This page contains no advertising or analytics code. We do not request credentials or customer databases, and will not publish your report as marketing without permission. For access or deletion requests, email plainsignalops@gmail.com; records may need to be retained for active service, legal or payment-dispute obligations.
Contact plainsignalops@gmail.com with the agreed scope and your concern. We will review the record and discuss a remedy. This contact process does not remove any rights or remedies available to you.
